The small villa, built in the late ’70s on a pentagonal plan with centralized reinforced concrete skeleton, has been subjected to a general review giving preference to larger and brighter spaces.
In particular the living room has been expanded by integrating a part of the loggia, in order to create a continuous open space with the terrace which enjoys a beautiful view of the Bay of Trieste.
The ground floor, entirely dedicated to the living room and the open space and tailored designed kitchen, hosts an iinteresting articulated joint of the staircase leading to the other floors of the house: the first floor with the bedrooms, and the basement with a guest room and a study area.
Then there is the mansard roof, recovered to play area and connected by an extension of the suspended staircase in iron, wood and glass.
