The apartment, located in a building from the end of the 19th century, has been subjected to a number of changes in order to rationalize the interiour spacial distribution according to the changed necessities of contemporary living.
The backbone of the design is the clear separation of day and night areas: the first, an ample open space with kitchen, that can be separated by ceiling-high sliding doors, has the view of the main street; the latter, determined by two bedchambers with own bathrooms, is positioned towards the interiour and faces the inner courtyard in a tranquil and reserved position.
